The intelectual property of the Mesham programming language, associated compilers, runtime language and documentation including example codes is owned by Nick Brown. It may be used and reproduced as per the creative commons licence terms but all ownership remains with the author.

The Lib GC compiler is owned by Hans Boehm and released under licence
